Our work together is a partnership, sealed with a commitment to confidentiality. My role is to facilitate your awareness and creativity. Your role is to be open, honest, and committed to the process. Together our partnership will help you achieve your goals.

Or you are an emerging leader, or an established one, and you are navigating the challenges of our times. You’re a student, preparing to choose your field and start your career. How do you prioritize your goals? How can you sort through it all and feel productive? Our work together begins and ends with who you are. But during the process, the “who” achieves more clarity, allowing you to establish what you want in the here and now, and setting you on a path to achieve your goals. 

Whether your organization is just getting started, going through a strategic planning process, or navigating a big transition, our work together will embrace the basic principles of partnership. I offer a process that facilitates the discovery and building of your own solutions, peppered with feedback that is informed by more than 30 years of experience. Our work can include a wide range of services, such as interim leadership, staff and leadership coaching, infrastructure design, and strategic and development planning. No matter what, we will focus on your needs, ideas, knowledge, and goals.
